- Prices are per apartment/night: Lärche, Birke, Kiefer and Zirbel has an occupancy rate for 2 people.
For every additional person there is a surcharge of 40,00 € per night. - Prices are per apartment/night: Latsche and Fichte has an occupancy rate for 4 people.
For every additional person there is a surcharge of 40,00 € per night. - Each additional young person between 10-14 years 35,00 € per night.
- Each additional child between 3-9 years € 30,00 per night.
- If you bring your dog there will be a surcharge of 15,00 € per night. Without dog-food. On request.
- Whirlpool can be used from 8am - 11pm and can ONLY be booked for the TOTAL stay.
- The local tax of 3,50 € has to be paid for each person over 14 years of age.

Shorter stays are only available at short notice.
The local tax collected by the municipality is used to support various projects to enhance our holiday destination, such as the beautification and maintenance of the landscape, the organisation of events and the creation of information material to enrich your holiday experience.

Informations Apartments
Arrival: You can occupy your apartment after 3pm.
We kindly ask you to let us know in advance, if you will arrive later then 6pm.
Departure: Please be so kind and leave the apartment by 10am on your day of departure.
Dogs: Dogs are only allowed on request. The surcharge comes to 15,00 € per day without dog food.
Once you've paid the deposit (30% of the total amount), the apartment is bindingly booked for you. The rest can be paid upon arrival at the reception.
Cancellation Fees:
- You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before your arrival.
- From 3 months to 1 month before arrival no refund of the deposit will be made.
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price.
- Within the last week before arrival the cancellation fee is 90% of the booking price.
- In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, a cancellation fee of 90% of the booked, unused days will be charged.
We are sure that you are very much looking forward to your holiday. However, should an unforeseen event throw a spanner in the works (whether before arrival, delayed arrival or cancellation), travel insurance can be arranged.
Apartment facilities: kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, espresso machine, kettle, cutlery, plates, pots, TV, safe, electric vacuum cleaner, floor heating, free wifi, bathroom with shower and care products (shampoo and bodylotion), toilet, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer and much more.
