• Prices are per apartment/night: Lärche, Birke, Kiefer and Zirbel has an occupancy rate for 2 people.
  For every additional person there is a surcharge of 40,00 € per night.

• Whirlpool can be used from 8am - 11pm and can ONLY be booked for the TOTAL stay.
• The local tax of 3,50 € has to be paid for each person over 14 years of age.

Arrival: You can occupy your apartment after 3pm.
We kindly ask you to let us know in advance, if you will arrive later then 6pm. 

Departure: Please be so kind and leave the apartment by 10am on your day of departure.

Dogs: Dogs are only allowed on request. The surcharge comes to 15,00 € per day without dog food. 

Once you've paid the deposit (30% of the total amount), the apartment is bindingly booked for you. The rest can be paid upon arrival at the reception.

The local tax collected by the municipality is used to support various projects to enhance our holiday destination, such as the beautification and maintenance of the landscape, the organisation of events and the creation of information material to enrich your holiday experience.
